Please don't include full card numbers or other sensitive payment data in emails — alerts identify cards by BIN and last four digits only, and that's all we ever need.

Joining the beta

PaymentRetryAlert is in a limited beta, so the fastest route to using the service is the beta request form: request beta access. Tell us about your recurring Mastercard volume and your current retry setup, and we'll confirm eligibility and follow up by email.
