About PaymentRetryAlert
What we do
PaymentRetryAlert tells merchants when a previously declined Mastercard payment is more likely to
succeed, so they can retry it through their existing processor. When an eligible recurring payment is
declined for insufficient funds or an exceeded limit, the Mastercard Payment Optimization Platform
monitors conditions inside the network and generates a RETRY_NOW signal at the moment a
retry is more likely to be approved. We deliver that signal to the merchant as a signed, real-time
webhook, together with the transaction metadata needed to match it to the original decline.
We are deliberately narrow: PaymentRetryAlert is not a payment processor, gateway, or dunning platform, and it never submits a retry itself. The merchant decides whether to retry and keeps its existing payment stack unchanged. Alerts identify cards by BIN and last four digits only; the service is designed so that full card numbers are never sent to or stored by us.
Who we are
PaymentRetryAlert.com is a trading style of Jade Technologies Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 15043871) with its registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR. We build payments-risk tooling for merchants, and PaymentRetryAlert brings a network-level signal — previously available mainly to large enterprises — to subscription and recurring-billing businesses of any size, on simple monthly pricing.
Where we are today
PaymentRetryAlert is in a limited beta. There is no self-serve signup or public API yet: we onboard a small number of merchants at a time, confirm their Mastercard traffic is eligible, and share the full integration guide during onboarding. If that fits your business, request beta access or see how to contact us.
